Our workshops are designed to deliver agile and sustainable results within the shortest possible time. The workshop design is aimed at addressing any challenges encountered during your transformation or change process by transferring methods used in highly reliable organizations to ensure excellence. In doing so, we also draw on proven methods from the aviation industry, such as crew resource management. After the implementation phase, we will gradually and purposefully withdraw from the project.

My experience in international leadership positions and working in multicultural teams has fueled my passion for uncovering new, undiscovered potentials. I am eager to share my insights from pioneering initiatives across geographical and cultural boundaries with organizations and individuals. In this process, I employ proven methods to help organizations create value. My expertise enables me to easily identify untapped potential. By utilizing strategies typically applied in high-risk organizations, I create a space for inspiration, allowing new ideas to emerge from entrenched thinking. With a deep understanding of markets, customers, and organizations in an international context, I bring fresh momentum and innovative ideas to teams and organizations.
